League to address fouling issue

The Pacers F-Off League has announced that it will closely look at the rules and see if changes are needed as it relates to the abundance of fouls that have occurred during the first 4 weeks of the season. "It has gotten out of hand, the ways the rules are now, it benefits you to foul instead of giving up a layup", said Sam Elmore.

Troy Brokl leads the league in fouls per game at an astonishing 8 fouls per game. Close behind him is Edmound Elzy at 7 per game.

  1. Honestly Allen - This site is priceless..... I do think we are going to need to implement the foul on consecutive possession rule in order to solve some of the league's problems over the past couple of weeks. Instead of free-throws, give a team 2 points if a foul occurs twice on the same possession. As for the final 5 minutes of each game I think we should have a set of two refs chosen before each week to step in so the games can be played fairly.
